He handles standard purchases and refinances too, but the complicated files are where he really makes a difference.
Because he is a broker, he is not tied to one lender's rules. He works with more than 70 lenders, so he can shop each scenario and find the one that actually fits. He has spent nearly ten years in real estate on the lending, brokerage and investing side. He owns a two-family in Brooklyn and previously ran a short-term rental company in Florida, so he understands self-employed income and investment properties firsthand.
Clients work with Harry directly, from the first call to the closing table. He is based in Southport, Connecticut and works mostly across the tri-state area. His company, Go Rascal, is licensed in all 50 states.
